Duties and Authorities of the Division of Foreign Affairs, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment
(Prescribed by the Ministerial Regulation on the Organization of Governmental Divisions, B.E. 2566 (A.D. 2023))

1. Developing policies, positions and guidelines for international cooperation on natural resources and environmental management with governments and international organizations;
2. Coordinating technical collaboration and participation in international commitments on natural resources and environment;
3. Serving as national focal points for ASEAN cooperation on natural resources and environment, the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and other relevant organizations;
4. Performing other duties, or supporting the work of other related agencies, as assigned by the Permanent Secretary.
